Chaty (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to fostering a safe and positive environment for all users, including children. In alignment with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Google’s child protection requirements, we have established the following standards to prevent child sexual abuse or exploitation on our platform.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts or sexualizes minors, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Any such content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Post, share, or promote sexually explicit content involving minors.
Engage in any grooming behavior or any activity aimed at sexually exploiting minors.
Solicit personal or identifying information from minors for illicit or harmful purposes.
3. Reporting Mechanisms
In-App Reporting. Users can report any suspected child exploitation content or behavior via our in-app reporting function.
Anonymous Reporting. Individuals who wish to remain anonymous may submit tips or concerns without disclosing their identity, wherever legally allowed.
4. Removal and Disclosure
Upon receiving a credible report or detection of child exploitation content, we will remove or block such content promptly.
We will cooperate fully with law enforcement and may share relevant information if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to prevent harm.
5. Compliance with Laws
We comply with all applicable child protection laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where we operate.
We regularly review and update our policies and processes to meet evolving legal requirements and best practices related to child safety.
